PSTS Episode 86 – Irrational Games Slimming, JRPG Combat Systems, and PREPARE FOR TITANFALL

A closed beta swiftly became an open beta this weekend, meaning Jeff and J.D.’s semi-exclusive preview of Titanfall became something everyone and their mother tested out. That won’t stop them from talking about it, though! J.D. is also playing the famous Final Fantasy VII for the first time, making for an interesting look back (in our opinion), Hideo Kojima released stats on the upcoming Metal Gear Solid sequel, and write and producer Ken Levine wrote a note to the fans that has some far-reaching repercussions.

I’m very curious to see how difficult DKCTF is going to be. I know a lot of people who said that Returns was too hard but to me it was great and it’s difficulty was part of that.
I hope Tropical Freeze is the same, I mean, how else will we get to see you guys completely lose your minds like you did when playing Returns?

We can only hope! The first episode (or two!) should go up tonight in super-high def, so check it out. We’re extremely excited to try it.

Hahaha! I’m glad that someone watched those videos. Jeff and I had a great time playing through Returns and was probably the favorite of the Let’s Plays we’ve done. Glad you enjoyed them! We’re stoked for Tropical Freeze tonight!

Oh yeah, I had a great time watching them. Those videos are hilarious!
I’m looking forward to the new videos too.
